Safeguard your feline friend from harmful diseases with a vaccination plan.
Most kittens receive their first vaccine at around eight weeks of age. However, if your kitten is already away from its mother or is a stray, then we can start vaccinations as early as six weeks.
We continue on with vaccinations every 3-4 weeks until your kitten is 16 weeks or 4 months of age for their last vaccination. This ensures that he or she will develop the proper immunity to last for the whole first year.
We like to vaccinate all kittens for core vaccines and Feline Leukemia. We know that kittens are more susceptible to Feline leukemia than adult cats. Even though you may want to keep your kitten indoors at all times, your kitten sometimes has other plans! When you return for annual vaccines when your kitten is about a year old, if your cat continues to be indoors exclusively, we will discontinue the Feline Leukemia vaccination and continue on with only the core vaccines.
